Brian's Bircher Müsli

Brian’s Bircher Muesli・The Reluctant Cook

Today was a tough day and I was close to chucking it all in, once again. I have been here many, many times before and this is exactly why I created my online course Resistance to Resilience - not just to keep holding myself accountable but also to work through this journey within a safe and supportive community. I send weekly emails as part of this program and the content of these emails is also captured in a private blog. Today’s topic was “How do you keep going when you want to give up”. In today’s email I mention a müsli recipe that I adapted from a photographer called Brian Ferry who sometimes posted recipes. This one is from 2010 and amazingly it’s still on his blog, you can see it here! I’ve been calling it Brian’s Müsli every since. I am not a big fan of raisins or milk so I adapted it a bit to my needs. This keeps in the fridge for up to a week, I usually divide it into five portions and love having my breakfast all prepared Monday- Friday!
